This Portal is designed for dealer/bulk ordering. Product pricing is visible only to approved users after login.

2) Account Registration & Approval

Dealer registrations are subject to verification and approval. We may approve, reject, or suspend accounts at our discretion to protect business integrity and payment discipline.

Payments are accepted through offline modes such as bank transfer/UPI/cheque/COD (if enabled). Payment instructions will be provided during checkout/order confirmation.

5) Pricing & Taxes

Prices displayed are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged as per invoice and prevailing law.

6) Delivery & Risk

Dispatch timelines are estimates. Risk and responsibility during transit follow the agreed transport terms. Any delivery issues must be reported within defined timelines.

7) Returns / Replacements

Returns and replacements are governed by the Return / Replacement Policy on this Portal.

8) Cancellations

Requests can be cancelled before confirmation. After confirmation/dispatch planning, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to recovery of non-refundable logistics costs (if incurred).

9) Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, business interruption, etc.).

10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Tamil Nadu.
