Return Policy
Return Policy (Returns / Replacement / Refunds)
Nutriveta products are consumable goods. Returns are accepted only under the conditions below.
1) Eligible Cases
We accept return/replacement requests only if:
Wrong item dispatched (different product/variant than invoice)
Transit damage (torn bag, leakage, wet/damaged packing at delivery)
Verified quality issue (sealed bags only, subject to verification)
2) Not Eligible
Returns/replacements are not accepted for:
Opened/used bags or partially consumed products
Improper storage after delivery (moisture, direct sunlight, contamination)
Issues reported after the time window below
Performance variation due to farm management, climate, water quality, or feeding practices (not a product defect)
3) Reporting Time Window
To be considered, you must report:
Within 24 hours of delivery for transit damage / wrong dispatch
Within 7 days of delivery for suspected quality issues (sealed bags only)
4) Evidence Required
Share on WhatsApp/email:
Order number / invoice copy
Photos/videos showing damage/issue (bag stitching, label, batch/lot, and overall condition)
Delivery proof (LR/acknowledgement if applicable)
5) Resolution
After verification, we will offer one of the following:
Replacement of affected quantity, or
Credit note for next order, or
Refund (only where applicable and approved)
6) Return Pickup / Freight
If the issue is due to our error (wrong dispatch/verified damage/verified defect), we will arrange pickup or reimburse reasonable return freight.
If approved exceptionally for other reasons, return freight will be borne by the customer.
