    This Portal works on an order request → confirmation → dispatch model to ensure reliable supply and controlled offline payment processing.

    How Delivery Works

    1. Place Order Request (logged-in dealers)

    2. We confirm stock availability, route, and dispatch plan

    3. Offline payment confirmation (if applicable)

    4. Dispatch and LR/shared tracking details sent via WhatsApp

    5. Delivery and acknowledgement at destination

    Dispatch Cut-Off

    Orders confirmed before [2:00 PM] may dispatch same/next working day (subject to stock and route).

    Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

    • Standard MOQ: [e.g., 20 bags / 1 ton]

    • Remote routes may require higher MOQ or shared truck planning.

    Delivery Location & Unloading

    • Delivery is up to vehicle reachable point

    • Unloading is customer responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

    Reporting Delivery Issues

    • Report transit damage/shortage within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos and invoice/LR details.
